Annual Cashback Comparison Delayed

Just a note that although I usually release my annual cashback rate comparison chart in October or November, this year it's going to have to be pushed back until after the first of the year. I was able to get about 2/3 of the way through it and I don't see any real changes compared to last year. Because the chart includes ongoing rates and not promotional ones, and there are a LOT of increased cashback promos going on right now, I think the chart is best used as a benchmark for overall performance anyway -- you'll definitely want to shop around for the best current rate for a specific merchant before making a major purchase.
