QuickRewards.net (aff) has a gift card promotion going on through Sunday: you'll get 7% cashback on the purchase of any quantity of $25 Home Depot gift cards. These have to be used in-store. The highest cashback rate you can get for online purchases at Home Depot is 4%, according to RewardsDB (and generally the purchase of gift cards is about half that).

The benefit of buying the GCs (which ship for free) and using them in-store is that you avoid having to pay shipping on bulky home improvement items. Can you imagine how much it would cost to ship a toilet...or heck, a bathtub? ;)
