Ebates.com has a a new feature called the Daily Double. For one day only, they will double their usual rebate for one merchant.

This is a really great way to showcase specific merchants and measure lift and responsiveness by members. The only question I have is are these daily promotions the same for everybody. It makes tremendous sense to me that certain customers would get certain daily double promotions based on past purchases or preferences to target the right offer to the right member to maximize responsiveness. Thoughts?

AND, I have a brand new Old Navy credit card!!!!! You help to make me dangerous by pointing out these things! The last time you told me this I ordered a washer and dryer from Sears for the newlyweds.

Becky, do you have a customer service phone number for these guys. I joined up and tried to use it but the link to the merchants doesn't work. Tried their fix in FAQ's but that didn't work. I sent them an email but no reply. So is there a way you might help me here?
