Notes:
1. $2.50 bonus for signing up.
2. Over 800 participating merchants.
3. Rebates are pending for 90 days after purchase.
4. Be sure to only use coupon codes obtained from MrRebates' website: "Mr. Rebates reserves the right to cancel any cash-back rebate because of coupon codes that are used from external sources other than Mr. Rebates."
5. Beware of the Product Research area of the site -- it's handy to use for reading product reviews, but they come from Amazon, and no rewards are offered for shopping there.
6. Nice store ratings area -- after making a purchase you can rate various aspects of your interaction with the merchant.
7. I'll include MrRebates in the 2007 shopping comparison chart but for now I can say that at a glance, their rates seem pretty competitive. Only major drawback I can see is the $25 payment threshold (a little high). If you shop online a lot, this may not be a problem for you.
