Freeride Contact Information

| | Comments (6)

I've heard some complaints about Freeride offers or sales not crediting, and that requests for help left through their online contact form have gone unanswered. So, I went on a quest to find out how to get ahold of those folks, and here's what I found.

Freeride's director is Corey Newhouse. His direct phone number is (212) 430-0808 x105 and his email address is corey@freeride.com. Some more information on his background is here. Sounds like an interesting guy.

Another interesting Freeride fact, just in the FWIW department -- one of the two original founders of Freeride, John Mezzina, was also the chairman and exec director of the ad agency that created the Joe Camel advertising campaign way back in 1988.

Thank you so much for posting this info. As a matter of fact, I am in this VERY situation right now.

I have taken advantage of two Freeride email offers and neither of the points have posted, yet. I have also contacted them via website-- no response. I even copied and pasted my email confirmations from these two offers.

Exactly how long does it take for these points to post, anyway?? Not 30 days, that's for sure.

After sending Corey two emails about the missing tokens (from two email offers), I still have not heard a response from him. Is that inconsiderate or what? As soon as my tokens post (should say, "IF" they post), I am out of this program. Hrmph!

I have been a freeride member since 2000 and this is the first time I have ever had problems with them. It's been over two months since I made a purchase and no tokens yet! Foolishly thinking it was simply a fluke, I ordered something through them again over a month ago and SURPRISE--no tokens. I sent them an email back in the beginning of December, they responded saying they were "looking into it and checking with the merchant" but haven't heard from them since, despite the fact I have sent several more emails to them. I will try this and if it doesn't work, looks like the Better Business Bureau is my next stop.

I have just tried to send an email to Corey and it was sent back undeliverable. I am done!

I've had terrible luck with Freeride. I have their mailing address, if anyone wants to try and get ahold of them that way. I'm going to give it a shot.

Freeride Media LLC
460 Park Ave. South
New York, NY 10016

I've also filed a complaint with the BBC at www.bbc.org.
