JCPenney Considers Rewards Program
I just completed a survey for JCPenney. They were asking for opinions on a proposed new rewards program -- if it was a good value, how it might affect your likelihood to shop at JCP, etc. This is NOT definite, but this is what they proposed (cut-and-pasted from the survey):
JCPenney is considering launching a new program to enhance your shopping experience with us. Please read the following program description and answer the questions that follow the description.
Reward Points: The more you shop, the more savings you earn
Welcome to Reward Points. As a member, every time you shop at JCPenney you’ll earn points for every dollar you spend. Each calendar quarter, you can redeem your points for Cash Savings certificates and other great rewards. Or save them up for an even better end of the year reward.
Here’s how it works. Earn 10 Reward Points for every dollar you spend. You can begin to redeem for exciting rewards once you’ve earned 1000 points. The more points you earn, the better the rewards. For example:
Points Rewards
1000 $10 JCPenney Savings Certificate
2500 $30 JCPenney Savings Certificate
4000 $50 JCPenney Savings Certificate
Plus, you’ll receive special member communications and bonus value opportunities to help you stay in style and save even more. And we’ll give you additional Reward Points just for reading and responding to the email member communications we send you.

One thing they could be leaving out, I have a credit card with J.C. Penneys and on my birthday, I always get a certificate for $10, but I have to spend $50 to use it.

you dont have to spend $50+ when you use your birthday certificate.

how about all other stuff i buying since i start jcpenneys account. i spend over 10000 my acount on the amount. stuff i buy at the store or catolg. please check the back record. please.

I SENT YOU AN EMAIL AND YOU SENT IT BACK AND LOST THAT ONE I COULD NOT READ ALL,OF IT AS IT LEFT MY SCREEN AS I WAS GOING TO FILE THAT. IT WAS ABOUT THE REWARD POINTS I JUST SIGNED UP FOR WITH YOU FOLKS I LOST THAT ONE TO AND I AM VERY CONCERN THAT SOME ONE WILL GET MY ACCOUNT CARD NUMBER AND MY PASSWORD I FILED TO YOU, HELP ME IN WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.AND YES I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THERE AT PENNEYS OVER THE PAST MONTHS JUST CHECK YOUR RECORDS, OK.
