Payless Shoes Ends ClubMom Rewards Affiliation

From ClubMom: "You will earn points on all purchases at Payless ShoeSource® (when you use your old, blue membership card) through JULY 15, 2004. After this date, you will no longer earn points at Payless ShoeSource®."

JCPenney recently ended its ClubMom program and now Payless... I wonder what's up with that?
