LuckyPoints Responds to Login Problem Complaints
Have you been having problems logging in to LuckyPoints lately? You're not alone... Some folks have been fighting this for about a week, and attempts at clearing cookies, etc., haven't helped the problem.
A user at BigBigForums (read her post here) got a response from LuckyPoints' customer service, and they said that there were some IP changes going on as they were preparing for a site relaunch/redesign in the near future.
Y'all know that can't be good. (This is where I do my "Henny Penny, the sky is falling" routine.) But you KNOW that when sites change, they're almost never changing for our benefit... we'll earn fewer points, or they'll be worth less, or both. And because LuckyPoints is run by Memolink (who also runs PCHPoints and SavingsRegisterRewards)...well, if one changes, I'd expect the others to follow suit quickly after.
Guess we'll see what happens...but if I had just reached cashout at LP, I think I'd go ahead and request it, just in case.
