Kool-Aid Kool Points Discontinued - How Do You Redeem Them? Click HERE!

I've been saving these things since I was a little kid. Let's find out if that was a total waste of time or if I have something really cool coming my way. Oh, yeah!!! Read on...

How Ya Get 'Em
Kool Points are found on every package of Kool-aid.

What Can You Get With Them?
Merchandise from their online catalog, found here: http://www.kraftfoods.com/koolaid/2001/ka_all_stuff.html

How Much is a Point Worth?
Not much. At all. The points required have no relation to the value of the redemption...but strangely (not!) the shipping and handling does. Take VideoNow discs...they require 24 points each plus $1.75 s&h. Discs cost around $8 in the store, so figure $6 = 24 points, or $1 = 4 points. Right?

Nope. A Kool-Aid Kite...a basic red kite with the Kool-Aid man's face on it... costs 100 points plus $1.75 s&h... Which at 4 points for a buck would come out to $26.75 shipped!

There's no rhyme or reason to the "cost" of the items. I think they're pretty much valued at what they're charging you for S&H...plus maybe a dollar. (Except those Video Now discs...which look to be a pretty darned good deal!)

Is This Program Worth It?
On the whole...nope. You're not getting something for nothing, and you're not getting much of a reward at all for your Kool-Aid purchases. So if you see Country Time or Wyler's at about the same price or maybe a little cheaper, but you were thinking, "Oh, but I get Kool-Aid Points for buying Kool-Aid".... Go for the cheaper one!

Why do you have order forms on offers that expire

My family and I have been saving Kool-aid points for many, many years. We wanted to take advantage of the trip for 4 to Six Flags, but were short of a few points. We kept saving and now the Six Flags trip is not even offered. What has become of the good prizes?

I was tying to get my son excited over recieving something cool if we saved up enough, not realizing there is not one thing an ten year old wants. Why? Kool-Aide has been around for years. We adults buy your product and encourage our children to consume a Kool-Aid product rather than competiors. I was under the impression that the Kool-Aide name represents that quality and reward would go hand and hand. I would have to say that I am truly dissappointed in your Kool-Aide kool points order form consits of. I not only lost all respect for your products and what you represent, but my 13yr old, 11 yr old, 10yr old,& 8 year old sons now all are feel that once again a Big Company who does not realize the benifits of the advertising that would take place if you had a wider selection and some more hip items for the supposed (COOL)Kool-Aide points, I am ashamed of Misleading advertising and now four more future parents who are not going to think so Highly of purchasing a Kool-Aide product.

i have used koolaid points for at least 15 years and every time that i order you never have that prize. also you should make a better selection of things to order and more of them. maybe something for the younger kids and the older kids around 10 yrs old. give us somtehing to choose from this is getting boring. i can get more out of my club z points

You'll find Kool-Aid in my refrigator all the time. Loved it since I've been a kid. and now my kids love it too. It's a family Tradition!!!!!
What's new in the Kool-Aid points??

Posted by: Rinda Thomas
Date: March 15, 2005 9:01 PM

Well....ditto to what everyone else is saying. Sure isn't much choice there & no offer for a catalog. I've got thousands of points saved in a cannister from raising my kids. They use to do displays in the stores with neat stuff to get like a Kool Aid Barbie. I'd love to add that to my daughter's collection. And my old pitcher & mugs bit the dust, finally got too ugly & yellowed from storing them.

PS. Seems like they'd take a hint from the millions McDonald's makes off of happy toys....I have thousands dating back to their beginning. And also Beanies....we ALL know that story....teehee.

Like everyone else who made their opinions and feelings clear, I too have many points, been making and enjoying Kool Aid since I was a kid, raised my 5 on it, had the funny face mugs, pitcher, ordered all sorts of great things. I now have 7 grandkids and 2 great grandkids and was so in hopes of continuing the great Kool Aid collection... cannot believe the items I am seeing .... Kraft Foods should take note and bring back the good stuff for all us loyal, faithful consumers who have brought generations to your products... STILL use and buy many. Maybe I should start looking around at others? Sign me disappointed, Toni Russell

I am so disappointed with the item selection for points. I have been saving for years like all above and continue to do so. For whatever reason, maybe that Koolaid will get there act together and put up something worth while in there selection. How bout it Koolaid?

As already mentioned, I am disappointed with the koolaid point system. I was one of those children that grew up off of milk & water, so when I went to college, I went koolaid crazy & I thought that the point system was crazy cool. To this day, myself & my fiancee stay in touch with our inner child by purchasing koolaid products. As of late though, I have been highly disappointed in a corporation that takes advantage of parents & their children by sucking them into a point collection system by promising "great prizes" when the product is really not that great. As for me, I drink Koolaid because it is a childish part of myself that I want to keep in touch with, but the product itself is not the best thing on the market to drink. Parents, if you want to teach your children how to earn, save and spend wisely, help them set up a summer lawnmoving business. If you're looking for something tasty to drink, there are other things cheaper out there. And those of you, who like me, are trying to keep in touch with their inner child, Saturday morning cartoons can keep the feeling alive. As for Koolaid corp., clean up your act because "trick me once, shame on me; trick me twice, shame on you." One only need to lose your customers once.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS WHY HAVE YOU TAKEN ALL THE GREAT THINGS YOU USE TO OFFER OFF THE MARKET. YOU HAD A GREAT THING GOING BUT NOW LIKE ALL THE OTHERS I JUST READ ABOUT. THERE IS NOTHING AND I HAVE USED KOOL AID LIKE THE REST WHEN RAISING MY CHILD AND I NOW THAT I AM A DIABETIC USE THE SUGAR FREE KOOL AID FOR A CHANGE OF PACE. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEBRING THE GOOD STUFF BACK SOONNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY THE GLASS KOOL AID PITCHERS. THEY WERE DO ATTRACTIVE AND MADE KOOL AID TASTE BETTER THAN FIXED IN THE PLASTIC ONES OR FOR THAT FACT ANY PLASTIC JUG ETC. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOONNNNNNNNNN...THANKS. BARBARA C

Wow, my roomate and I love Kool-Aid and were hoping to get at least Kool-Aid T-shirts or pitchers like we had when we were kids. Unfortunately, when we logged on.....a plastic kite? So now we've been drinking lemonade and other drinks..not just kool-aid. It's sad, isn't it? I really wish that they had kept up promotionals like this, since they still carry the points on their packages. I was really surprised and dissappointed. Kraft foods...when did you go wrong?

I was so disappointed when i found out what we could get with the kool aid points my mom has always saved the points from when i was little and we got a lot of good stuff too. i had a kool aid hat shirt and we had the pitcher. so my mom tells me to look on the internet and see what we can get with all the points she has now for my daughter and what do i see some hearing aid crap. stuffed kool aid man and a kite!!!! what was bad also was the click here to see "all stuff" link all 3 things!!! HA you need some better items like you used to have!!!!!

WOW. Here I thought I'd go to kool-aids site and see that I needed another 5000 points to get something, like a PS2 or something neat. Didn't they used to give away good stuff? Bikes, cool stuff? I feel kinda neglected. I love kool-aid, I really do...but I expected more from them. Oh well.

I, too, was very disappointed with the "Kool Stuff" that Kool-Aid offers for points. My kids have saved points for almost two years, but have yet to get anything because the things are just not worth it. I went to their website and sent in a note on their "Contact Us" page. I suggest that other people do the same. If you're interested, here's the address:

http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?m=contact_us/cu_form1

If enough people contact them, perhaps they'll bring back the good stuff. In my note to them, I also enclosed a link for this page. Hopefully, someone in customer service will actually visit here and see that people are disappointed with their current offering.

Oooooohhhh...to make matters even worse, I just went to this website:

http://www.bekool.ca/index.php?&pid=2640

They have the pitcher, the spoon, the camera, the T-shirt, lunch bag, crayons, cooler bag, cup, spy tracker, inflatable chair and backpack for Kool-Aid points. The catch? NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES. If you read the restrictions at the bottom, it states (and this is copied right off of the website): "Offer valid in Canada only. Points from U.S. packaging will not be accepted."

What a rip!!!!!!

C'mon Kraft Food. You could come up with better prizes then that. I have saved kool-aid points for years and have been waiting for years for you to offer good gifts. If you don't want to loose customers I would advise you to start looking at the prizes you are offering. I've read these stories and I find it hard to believe how these people are disappointed in the prize offers you have. If you don't want to loose customers I would advise you to start deciding of giving some good prizes. I would definetly be a customer you would loose if things don't get better. Get moving Kraft Foods to satisfy your customers.

Agree wholeheartedly with everyone who has posted here. I wish that the "good stuff" would make a comeback. How hard would it be to offer some actual quality merchandise???? Glass pitchers, etc. What went wrong?
By the way... Anyone wanting my Koolaid points (200+), just email me. Will give em to ya!

I have moved 2 times and each time I have packed up those Kool-Aid points and taken them with me, only to wait to see some new improved prizes! How can I tell my son to hold off on getting something that will only end up in a Garage Sale, and if he waits and keeps saving that it will pay off in the long run with a bigger and better prize!!!!!!For all of your loyal customers who keep buying and saving, we ask you to honnor our loyalty with some better prizes!!!!! We all drink it because we love it!!!! So don't make it a thing of the past, because that prize choice is a great insentive only if they are worth it!!!!!

Posted by: Demetrius

I agree whole heartedly with all of you who say that better prizes are needed. But we need to right to make sure that the kool-aid company understands how many loyal customers they have that are discouraged by these low class prizes so please write the kool-aid company.

Hi, my daughter and I have been saving kool-aid points for some time now, and she was looking for a pitcher and the t-shirts you had in a old order form we have. Also a beach towel, cups, etc. Please let me know if they will ever be available. Thank-you

WOW! I THOUGHT I DIDN'T GET THE LIST OF ALL THE "FREE STUFF" THEY OFFERED!...I GUESS THAT'S IT! THREE THINGS HOW WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO PICK FROM SUCH A LONG LIST OF CRAP! I DID A SIMPLE TASTE TEST AT HOME AND YA KNOW WHAT WYLER'S TASTE THE SAME BUT COST IS 6/1.00 WHERE MY KOOL-AID IS 4/1.00 IT'S NOT WORTH IT TO BUY KOOL-AID FOR THE POINTS ANYMORE. IT'LL BE SO LONG KOOL-AID UNLESS THE PRIZES ARE BETTER!!!!

I agree with all comments. I was raised on KoolAid and I have raised my kids on KoolAid. We have always had fun saving points and redeeming them, now it is a joke!! We've had lots of fun over the years with beach towels, tee shirts, glass pitchers and cups and the coolest koolaid comic strip shorts, among other stuff. What happened???? My kids are all growing up, some with kids of their own and if you are not careful you will lose a large upcoming market. I like the idea of giving the consumer something for their effort and in turn they keep buying your product. Keep us all posted!

Kool aid sucks, I'v been saving 5 years, and i now have 1,500 points. Then, I look on-line, and all i see is a stupid kite (its a plastic piece of crap), a retarded plush toy, and video now disks,is there any good stuff!!!!!! Like a bike or mabey a board game!!! Kraft needs to change their prizes, i know I'm not buying any more kool aid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whats good,i'v been saving up kool aid points for 4 years. I haven't seen any prizes worth getting yet. If kool aid suppose to a big market/company then why aren't ya'll offering better prizes. And another thing make it easier to use your points and codes for better understanding. May be ya'll can offer a kool aid sport bag, basketball, football, baseball, and soccar balls. They don't have to big balls just big anough to satify the customers/kool aid point users.

Kool-Aid Sucks! What happened to the good prizes they used to have when I was younger?? I have been saving for years and I try to find out if I have enough points for the good stuff and now there is only a bunch of retarded crap. I mean who wants a frickin kite or stuffed toy?? Do they think we are two?? Come On Kool-Aid Man, you promised me awesome stuff and you let me down. I think I'm going to flush my points down the toilet because that's all they are good for. OH, YEAH!!!

It is very sad. Just like the many comments above. My twelve year old son and I just thought we would go on line to order something with the koolaid points he has been saving for years now and guess what, nothing worth ordering. The most exciting thing a kite. Too bad Kool-aid, especially letting your main market of kids down like that. Get your act together and bring back something worth saving those points for.

We want to use our points for a pitcher and glasses !!!!!
We want pitcher and glasses!!!!!
Kool-aid is....that pitcher!!!!
How can you drink kool-aid without making it in a pitcher!!!
We need a new pitcher or we can't make kool-aid!!
We won't buy kool-aid if we can't get a pitcher with our points!!!

Posted by: Kathy

I have been saving the points for years. I went to the Kool-aid web site today for the first time. When I saw the dumb list of prizes, I thought, "I must be in the wrong section." Then, I found the comments. Oh, my! They were saying all the things I was thinking. I'm not buying the dumb discs. My kids are teenagers now. Since I'm a diabetic, I'll just switch to Crystal Light. I'll put the Kool-Aid points away and look back on the website in the fall to see if there's been any changes. If so, I'll switch back to Sugar Free Kool-Aid. If not, sayanara!!!!

I agree with all of the comments posted so far. We have been saving points for years and the payoff sucks. We buy Kool-aid like crazy but now for what...it's not the best on the market and surely not the cheapest.

Where's the tee-shirts, beach towels, game boys, etc?????

I feel i should file a lawsuit against Kraft because of this fake advertisement. This has been a long in the working plan to steal our money. I have over 5000 points saved up for my son and cant get no gameboy or anything good. I like the others haved grown up on Kool aid. But for now on i am done buying all of kraft product until this problem is solved. HELLO FLAVER AID!!

Well, Im am not going to complain about this. Yes It is a bit of a let Down, But in the stores they have the little catalog sheets you can Pull right off the rack. Now, I dont know about anyone else but that is fine for me. I only have a little bit more to go for my pitcher!

Posted by: Becky

Unfortunately, only Canadians are eligible to get the pitcher... us U.S. folks have to pick between four prizes that require in "shipping and handling" what's basically the cost of the item. :(

I am embarrassed to tell him what I found out about the Kool Aid point scam. This is ridiculous offering this junk as prizes. We need some t-shirts, glasses, pitchers, ect., perhaps a whole catalog with different cool choices or is that asking for too much. Please bring back the cool stuff. Marlene

Crap, it's just crap. I understand it costs money to give away prizes but it costs you money when I explain to my kids and their friends everytime they want to drink koolaid that we drink a different product because Kraft doesn't really provide prizes or cool stuff, they just provide crap like a kite or a listening ear. Best way to get the message across to Kraft is to stop buying their product, tell them why you stopped, and tell the kids in your circle of influence to stop saving koolaid points and save their dimes and nickels instead.

I have saved Kool-Aid points for years, thinking that I would turn them in someday for barbie dolls when I had kids. Well, now my two daughters are at the right age to appreciate barbie dolss, and they are no longer offered. They should have at least warned the general public that the good prizes were going to disappear.

Ever since I was a little kid I've been saving kool-aid points,But now that kratf brings out crap I don't know if I should save them anymore! They're prizes are so freakin' stupid! What happened to all the gameboys and pitchers. Now I have over 20,000 points and I have no idea what I should do. I'll wait 2 more years, and if kool-aid doesn't come out with any more points......... IM THROWING THEM AWAY!

Posted by: Cheryl

What a drag. We always looked for the prize sheets on the Kool Aid display and seldom found them. Every so often we check online only to see a rather pitiful selection each time.
We have been waiting and waiting for the good stuff again...alas,it seems it is not to be.
I have been toting around those points for years only to find it was a waste of time. My son is sooooooooo disappointed.
When I was a kid you could get prizes in cereal, send in box tops and get stuff...
In my Moms day,you could get towels or dishes in laundry soap.As a child we had some cups that once upon a time came in sacks of grain .
Even Cracker Jack prizes suck now.
Corporate greed and screw the consumer I guess.
I looked forward to the day when I had my own kids and could see the joy in their faces when they got their prize.
Thanks Kool Aid for bursting that bubble.

I am in total agreement on the pitiful prizes and selections. I remember getting a wireless remote for my kids Nitemdo once, (way back when) and pitchers and shirts and beach towels and other wanted usefull things.
Do they think only KIDS drink this stuff?
Come on KOOL-AID (KRAFT) what am I supposed to do with the almost 7000 points I still have and am still adding to.
I was raised on this stuff and still love it and I just can't make myself throw away the pack without getting the points off it first.

It might be a good idea to get kool-aid to post a form for prize suggestions to be filled out by kids, I mean they know what they like and I'm sure the suggestions will pour in. I agree on the prize selection being a lunch bag let down

My husband and I just went online to see about redeeming our kool-aide points.Wow!!!! What a shock!!!! What happened? I thought that the hundreds of dollars I spend every year on kool-aide and other Kraft products was appreciated by the company. Obviously,by the look of the "cool" kool-aide gifts for our points, I was seriously wrong. What happened to the cool gifts? Video games,trips,towels,t-shirts,balls,pitchers and mugs you used to have? Boy, start making them a little money and they don't want to spend a little back. I now appreciate Mcdonalds and the fast food places. Atleast their stuff kids (and ADULTS!!!!!) want. Kraft, you are making kool-aide a joke!!!!!There are a lot of generic drink mixes that taste almost as good and are quite a bit cheaper. I always buy kool-aide because of the points and I like the flavor. Well,we can switch. You don't want my business??? Ok. I won't argue. Your products are obviously overrated. I hope your "KOOL" gifts don't bankrupt you in any way. We would hate for you to spend any money to show us your appreciation for making your company all it's money. Without us,you wouldn't exsist. Maybe you might want to think about that. The payoff for a little output of cash for good prizes would probably make you millions more and its probably a tax writeoff too. Cheap, cheap, cheap isn't always better.

I'm a 48 yr old mom who has been saving my kids kool-aid points for 17 yrs! My sons went online to finally redeem them since they have saved quite a few. What happened?!! Where are all the "kool" prizes? When I was growing up, you
had all kinds of things to choose from. Come on KRAFT, is this how loyal consumers are to be treated? I am very dissappointed. Can't we even get a kool-aid pitcher and mugs? What am I suppose to do with 17 yrs worth of points? Oh, I know, I'll use them for starter flames this winter in the fireplace. At least THAT'S worth something! Bye bye Kool-Aid.

I too would like things like a kool aid mug, a glass pithcher, a towel, t-shirts and things like that. You know what would really be great is a cookie jar of Mr. Kool-aid man. We buy your product all the time why not offer us good things. Please bring us some great things to get with all our points!

When I was little my mom got one of the pitcher and mugs set! I'm 32 years old and would like to have a det for my kids...and like the rest of the people with comments...you have only come up with toys that aren't worth the money we pay for the koolaid! You have come up with new flavors....how about coming up with better prizes or at least bringing back the good ones!

I TOO AM VERRY DISAPOINTED IN THE KRAFT CORPORATION. WE WEN'T ON THE KOOL AID SITE TO SEE A LOUSY SELECTION. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL TO LET THEM KNOW HOW I FELT. LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS

I'm from Canada, and I just received my kool-aid pitcher and kool-aid cups, my mother is currently making some Tropical Punch flavour in the new pitcher to break it in, in a few hours when its nice and cold I will bust out my new kool-aid cups and drink a tasy delicacy

I can;t wait, like everyone else here I'd like to thank you kool-aid for the kool-aid points system, I'll start saving for t-shirts or cooler bags

I Feel the same way most feel about koolaid. I have points that my dad was saving for us when we were kids and now save them for my kids. I have around 15,000 points, but whats the point with idems like this to pick from? When I was a kid we got things like skate boards, video games,& cool cloths! Now it's not even worth sending in for something.please expand the selection!!!

I feel the same as most others. My family has saved Kool Aid points for years , hoping that Kool Aid would get bigger or better items to offer consumers. Have yet to see any T-shirts or pitchers or spoons or mugs. Just useful items please. Hey Kool Aid Man, where are you when we need you !!!!!

Can't understand why anyone would waste their time saving Kool-Aid points. I have over 500 and the worthless junk you have offer for redemption is worth the postage I'd need to send them to you. I'd do better stealing from a Catholic Charties or Salvation Army drop off container. Who runs the show their - an ex Enron employee?

I have contacted Kraft about their lack of cool stuff and they said "Keep your eyes open, we're always posting new stuff online". Well...that was over 6 months ago and I waited about 3 months to send the e-mail. Kraft doesn't care one bit. And why should they?? We are still buying Kool-Aid and saving those darn points for nothing hoping they will come out with something. I have over 10,000 points saved up...trying to get like a Kool-Aid Corvette or something. But no, I can buy like 1,000 kites if I want. Who wants a cheesy and crappy Kool-Aid kite??

My oldest daughter collected Kool-Aid points and loved reedeming them for stuff. She still has her Kool-Aid alarm clock. My youngest would like to do it as well but what happened to the selection. I went the the Canada sight out of curiosity. Why!! Why do you offer so many things that kids enjoy in Canada and only 3(somewhat cheesy) items in the US. I just don't understand why we don't get the same selections! Please consider making it a little better for us to the South, OK?

I think this is rip off cuz you have to cut them out add all the scores up then when you try to buy something you find out that all the prizes are unbelievably over priced and of poor workmanship. They should let you redeem the points for giftcards or something useful, or fun.

Well, i guess im just one of the other many people that were wondering about the points and how you go about useing them. Because when i was a kid my mom would always have me help her cut thouse little points out to order little prizes and such. now that i going to be a mom for the first time i was wondering it you still hade thoughs order forms still cause the points are still on the backs of the kool aide, and im still collecting them thoughs Glass jugs were a hit with the little matching cups i loved those!!!!!!!!!!!!if there is a way to get a hold of those soon??????? I would love it. one of my first couple of things i got from kool aide was a kool aide barbie and a couple koosh balls(Is trhere any new flavors comming out soon?)

I'm a little dissapointed in the offerings kool -aid has. The catalog only offers 3 prizes. The video now disc is the only good thing offered, but what about the player? How about giving that a point value and charge only shipping and handling? You need to get more to offer. Like many others we saved our point to get a great prize like the video system or six flag tickets.

Hey Kool-aid! I have loved Kool-aid for years, I have saved, and saved all those points, we made sure we didn't throw any of them away, in the drawer they would go, and there they sit... why... they are not even worth the dust they are collecting. If they are not going to offer anything decent for them, why do they call them points... is it a game.. who ever gets the most wins... and what do you win.... Nothing! Years ago we got some really neat things, we got a skateboard, gameboy game, cups... oooh now we can get this little radio... and some games that we can buy at the store for about the same price at the store.

Get on with it Kraft.... I guess we all need to switch to "Flav-or-ade" Cheaper and you don't have to save points!

I have about 6,000 points hoping that you would put the pitcher and mugs, shirts, game boy, beach towel or anything that would be worth using my points for. All of my kids are grown, and marrried or not married save kool-aid points and give them to me. Hoping that I can get the kool stuff for there kids that I got for them, when they were small. I still have a muticoloered mug set, and any kids that come over to my house want to use only those cups. My children ages range from twenty-three to twenty-eight and I have five. My oldest runs a preschool/daycare,she sends me her points hoping to get stuff for her business. I would like good stuff offered and Retro items. Please!
I also wanted to say 2004 stuff is not new. By my way of thinking that offer is OLD...

This is a bunch of bull. We have saved points for years. We only needed a couple more points for the trip to Six Flags years ago. Now you don't offer anything that my kids would even want. I have saved them since I was a kid hoping that I could get something with them; but Kraft hasn't offered anything in about 5 or so years. We wanted the things that everyone else seems to want, so with this many people complaining why hasn't Kraft listened? We already switched to Flavoraid. A dollar for 12 packets vs $3.60 for the same amount.

I have also have emailed kool-aid/kraft foods to express my disappointment in the point system. Like many others I have saved for decades, and I have A LOT of kool-aid points. Kraft foods sent a reply, but it didn't tell me anything or resolve my issues. So in reading all of these comments I have decided to personaly boycot kool-aid and all kraft foods! Yes it will be tough at first, reading ALL info on boxes and packages for the kratf food trademark and there subsidaries, but it will be done. There are many other products to choose from. If anyone would like to join me, maybe than the Kraft Foods company will get clue that they have made generations of Kool-aid drinkers VERY UNHAPPY!

I, too, have to agree with the majority of the responses on here. I remembered when they offered video game systems and games... That is what first inspired me to begin saving in the first place. While it took a lot of points to get things like that, it was something worth saving for(game systems arent cheap by no means). I went on the site today to just check out what they had now(I have a LOT of points saved up I never used) and man... THREE items!?!? That is just insanity and an insult to every person who has saved up Kool-Aid points in hopes of redeeming them for a great item. Also, the point requirements for the items I've seen is just... unreasonable. I hope Kraft cleans up their act and returns Kool-Aid points back to prominence, or they might lose a lot more customers than they ever expect.

All the above messages should give Kraft an obvious clue where they are lacking in their marketing department. Has anybody copied all these messages and sent them to Kraft? Kool-Aid drinkers are not just 5 year olds. I am a 36 year old high school teacher and baseball coach. My kids at school call me the official Kool-Aid kid. WTF is a kool-aid fun code used for? This pack of lemonade I'm looking at right now has this code but no points. I went to their site and I expected an easy to find link to enter the code similar to coke or mcdonald's websites. I haven't saved the points since I was a kid and I remember getting kool-aid man mugs. I thought that they might still have cool stuff like that, but all they had was a spy toy and a stuffed kool-aid man. It is a rip off, but they must put crack in it or something because I can't stop drinking it.

I would like to organize a kool-aid strike. Due to the lack of "goodies" you are supposed to be able to get. WTF happend to kool-aid? Im over 18 and have been saving points for more than half my life. Come on people, don't you remember the mugs, pitchers, even those kool-aid popcicle makers? We have to put an end to the kool-aid point for the children of today. Don't let your kids be deprived of what we once had great. DOWN WITH KOOL-AID forever!!!!!!!!!!!

well, DITTO to all the comments posted here. It must be that Kool Aid is planning on going bust soon and is phaseing out any promotional gifts. Too Bad for Kraft Foods, as product identification is a prime marketing tool. I remember my gift from Ovaltine when I was a child and I still buy Ovaltine (after having to look hard for it for a few years).

One tiny lousy gift with the points my child saves for, then looks forward to getting in the mail, and a life time purchaser is born.

But, NO, Kraft Foods is now going the way of the dinosaur...perhaps, the other Kraft Foods that I buy for the 6 adopted children I have, should be shelved too. Perhaps, I should remind Kraft Foods, that as a middle aged single professional mother, I have money and choices to make. Maybe I should just walk my money and choices to another aisle.

Stingy Kraft Foods...I need to write my Congressman that any tax breaks you get should be revoked!

Wow, after scrolling FOREVER to get to the bottom of this page, I can't see why this company hasn't done something about all these complaints yet. Obviously there are many upset people, and you are not supplying to meet their demands. My family has 1460 Kool-Aid points saved, and now there's only two lousy items listed TOTAL. What's up with that??? I reeeaaally want to get something worth while with all these points. I got the Kool-Aid Barbie when I was little, and it was one of my favorite Barbies. My grandma has two of the purple koolaid mugs, and my sister and I always love to use them when we visit her, even now, when we're 18 and 14. I know that there would be a ton of happier people if you would bring back the good stuff, and add some neat(and not cheap)new stuff. Please do something, and SOON!

I am very sad that Kraft thinks more highly of their Canadian customers than their American ones. Shouldn't we be equal? They get tons of cool stuff and a neat website and we get two crappy things that my 3 year old doesn't even want and a website that looks like a high school student designed it.

About 10 years ago, they were giving away GameBoys. Now they've moved on to cereal box prizes.

I've been telling me 4 year old twins for a year now, that they can save these points and trade them for somthing real cool(like I did when I was a kid). It's going to break my heart to have to explain to them in the morning that all these points they have saved up are not worth the excitment they put into saving them.

I have read all of the comments on this page, and the sad thing is, that all of us "customers" have read these comments, but I believe that no one from the company has. It's a real shame that no one is doing anything about the points situation, and I think that they only give us this choice to voice our opinions, because THEY don't read it or care about how many customers they seem to be losing. I really wish that they would bring at least some better prizes back, hey I'm not looking for a cell phone here, or a game cube, just bring back some excitement to us(older, younger, middle aged, whatever!)
And by the way, where did the kool-aide guy go? I never see commercials anymore with him in it, and they always brought a smile to my face!!
