Milesource Revamps Daily Clicks
After months and months of certain Milesource daily clicks not working, they've removed the non-working items (quizzes & surveys), and they have changed the point value of the Daily Fix to 2 pts apiece for a total of 10...plus the other 13 site visits (still at 1 pt apiece)...so we're looking at 23 possible points daily! Awesome!

I appreciate the fact that Milesource is giving extra points. But, what good are they if you never get anything for them?
I sent for a gift certificate in September, 2002 and another one in March 2003 and still haven't received them. I did receive an email from giveanything.com on July 10, that said I would be receiving them in 7 days. To this date, August 8, 2003 I still haven't received them.
When I try to contact milesource throught their 'contact us' link. A message comes up that I have opened 50 Help Desk Tickets and I can't seem to send a message to them.
Is anyone else out there having trouble with Milesource?

From reading the message forums, it sounds like the problem isn't on Milesource's end, but on Giveanything. In fact, Milesource now has a note on their site saying that they aren't allowing redemptions for Giveanything right now "due to technical difficulties." If it's any consolation, some folks have posted on the message forums in the past day or two that they're getting Giveanything certs in the mail (also after long waits). Hope you get yours soon!

Thanks for the comment. I did receive my Pizza hut gift certificates, August 8, 2003 after I posted the comment, but I still haven't received my Burger King bucks so I'm still waiting. Thank You.

Mile source has become a complete joke. There is almost nothing of value to redeem miles for. In addition to that, in June I redeemed for $50 Giveanything certs. They never arrived. After several e-mails and calls, they said they were no longer honoring Milesource. Have contacted Milesource three times and no response. They screwed me for $50 that you know they made at least $100 on. I intend to refer this to the FTC and FCC. It just isn't right.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR TO GET MY REDEEMTION AND HAVE YET TO SEE IT. AND I AM UNABLE TO SEND THEM ANY MESSAGES BECAUSE THEIR CONTACT IMFORMATION DOES'NT WORK. HAS ANYONE CONTACTED THE FCC ??
