My account is showing no points for this month. I sent at Tops alone $110 on July 10th. Why is this?

I have been trying to update my information on the computer and telephone 800 #. I have not been successful. I am hoping that this site will be helpful.
My old email address was: ozwizard56@cox.net
My new email address is: ozwizard56@charter.net
Please help direct me to the correct site as where I can check my account balance. I have a few other questions to ask. Is there a phone # to call????

Does anyone ever answer the 800 number? How does one get information on account. Last information was on 9/10/03. Ten more years of shopping at same store should mean I have a large point balance.
