Common Rewards for Shopping and their % Equivalents:
3 Points Per Dollar = 1.5%
4 Points Per Dollar = 2.0%
5 Points Per Dollar = 2.5%
6 Points Per Dollar = 3.0%
10 Points Per Dollar = 5.0%
12 Points Per Dollar = 6.0%
15 Point Per Dollar = 7.5%
Notes:
1. ClubMom Merchandise Redemptions are subject to a $3.95 S&H fee. GCs and magazines ship free.
2. "Typically, Mom Rewards Points will be posted to a Member's account balance within 2-14 days after purchase, but on occasion may not be posted until 90 days after purchase...We expect to ship the majority of Mom Rewards Merchandise within 5 days of a redemption order."
3. If you do not earn or spend points, log in, or contact ClubMom by phone or other method within 12 months, your account may be deleted (or they may reset your balance to zero).

My account is showing no points for this month. I sent at Tops alone $110 on July 10th. Why is this?

I have been trying to update my information on the computer and telephone 800 #. I have not been successful. I am hoping that this site will be helpful.
