I cashed my points in for the stickers prize sometime last year, but I still haven't received the stickers. I haven't used Kiwibox for a while, as I'm not sure they actually will give out the prizes! Have people been receiving their prizes from Kiwibox?

I've been a member of Kiwibox for a long time. I waited a long time to cash out and ordered a CD. This was several years ago. I never got it. I thought it may have been a one-time problem, so I ordered some stickers about 9 months ago. I had little hope of getting them, but they showed up in the mail about a month ago. I'm still bitter about the CD, though, lol.

I love kiwibox! I ordered 2 hacky sacks, a beauty care pack, and a mechanical pencil thingy, but it took like 13 months to get them..but hey, they're free..so whatever! Kiwibox rules!

well kiwibox isn't that up-to-speed about giving rewards. it seems like they are only interested in making articles and letting the users make their own entertainment [i.e. qbooks, journals, and polls made by the users]. But when i ordered stickers with money, I got it way sooner than when i spent kiwipoints.

The focus of Kiwibox is not, unfortunately, on rewards. AsJeanelle stated, the focus is on letting the User create their own entertainment rather than rewards, but as far as free stuff goes, who's complaining?

I am a member of the Kiwibox Staff. I can assure you that we DO give out prizes. We have had alot of problems with the computer system that Ivan (the computer coder) has been trying to fix. If you haven't received your items please send a kiwinote directly to one of the SE or KiwiHelpers. It isn't because we don't send out the prizes. We may not have even got your otder to start with. Everyone on the site knows the main problem we have is with the Points System. Please take this up with Erica or a helper. When you post things like this on outside sites it only hurts kiwibox worse.

I oredered a beads bracelet and never got it. I attempted to contact the address they give for their customer service and never heard a reply.

I ordered a bandana before that and had problems with it to but eventually received it with an apology.

as a long time member of kiwibox and one of the top users, i can vouch for the prize fraud. it takes months to receive a prize --- if you even recieve one at all!!

contacting their staff is equally difficult. they will claim to have "never recieved your request" or simply just ignore your messages.

don't waste your time with this site. most of the prizes that are within attainable reach are junk anyway (jelly bracelets!?)

to the kiwibox staff member is all you do is make up the same phoney stories "oh computer problems" or some other fictional reason as to why you can't give a prize.

you've gotten my order your just too lazy to find it.

"when you post things like this on a site outside kiwibox it only hurts kiwibox worse"

oh and like contanstly deleting users posts even when they aren't offensive isn't hurting anyone?

i don't care if it "hurts kiwibox" with the way you treat users on your site you deserve to be hurt outside the site.

I love Kiwibox. I've always received the prize I ordered. Yes it's slow, but that's why I've never asked for something I could just go and buy myself at the store.

I don't contact the e-mail they tell you to, I contact Susan, she's their cheif helper. That's her username on the site, and her e-mail is in her profile.

She's always responded to me. *shrugs*

I've ordered 3 CD's by KB, 1 bandana, 2 goodies and now I'm saving up for a nano.

Hi!

I'm a member of Kiwibox as well, and I have received what I've ordered! It did take some months to arrive here, so I sent them an email or a kiwinote, I can't remember, and then it arrived!

I've never had any problems contacting them. It's a good idea to send them kiwinotes, they'll always respond.

I really like that site and what they offer their users, and that's a lot more than prizes.
